Bosch Battery Warranty Information

If you suspect that your battery is not functioning properly, you may take your vehicle to an authorised Bosch agent. The experts there can identify the specific cause of the problem. If you are unable to visit a Bosch agent, we can test the battery for you, but it will need to be returned back to us for testing. Please make sure the battery is returned back to us in its original packaging.

Should this battery fail to hold a charge due to a defect in material or workmanship, it will be replaced with a new Bosch battery.

This Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Discharged batteries that can be recharged and returned to service.

• Cost for recharging or use of rental batteries or vehicles.

• Labor costs for battery removal and installation.

• Damage due to charging system failure, negligence, abuse, accident or improper installation.

• Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use or other incidental or consequential damages.

• Failures which occur outside the UK.

** Please note that we are unable to test a battery that has no charge, and we are unable to charge the battery for you, this must be done before returning it.
