Bosch Battery Warranty Information

If you suspect that you have a faulty battery.

The battery must first be returned to our central warehouse for a full test. If the battery is faulty you will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of returning it to us. Please ensure the battery is correctly packaged as we cannot be held responsible for any damage which may occur during transportation to our warehouse.

This Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Discharged batteries that can be recharged and returned to service.

• Cost for recharging or use of rental batteries or vehicles.

• Labor costs for battery removal and installation.

• Damage due to charging system failure, negligence, abuse, accident or improper installation.

• Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use or other incidental or consequential damages.

• Failures which occur outside the UK.
